отключение и рассеяние энергии
Процедура, которая состоит из четырех следующих действий:
а) отключения (отсоединения, отделения) машины (или ее частей) от всех источников энергоснабжения;
б) в случае необходимости (например, на больших машинах или установках) - блокирования (или надежного закрепления иным путем) всех устройств отключения в отключенном состоянии;
в) рассеяния или ограничения любой накопленной энергии, которая может вызывать опасность.
Примечание - Энергия может быть накопленной:
- механическими частями, продолжающими двигаться по инерции;
- механическими частями, способными двигаться под действием силы тяжести;
- конденсаторами, аккумуляторами;
- жидкостями под давлением;
- пружинами;
г) проверки действенности мер, упомянутых в перечислениях а), б) и в), путем применения безопасных методов эксплуатации.
